As a buyer, I have just spent a very frustrating hour trying to restock my shipping supplies. I don't know if sellers are aware of the fact that the links to 'see sellers other items' and 'see store items' is no longer functioning. Also most of the sellers storefronts no longer have the 'search in this store box' showing, the ones I came across that still had the box, it was also a non-functioning link. In ebays main search box, once I entered the item I was looking for, I noticed a line printed across the top of the page that said.

Are you using a phone instead of a computer ?

I hve seen that. I don’t like it either. But Ebay could care less about sellers and buyers at this time.

Yes it has been that way for years. Buyers love it as they do not need to search 106,118 items. If you are inclined to search all those just do as it says and click, see more results. Also you can go to a seller's feedback then click the see other items. You will see everything they have listed.

Are you on a phone? I've used several of those functions in the last week & they work fine from a PC. I just tried the 'see other items' & it works just fine. I did a search in a store last week & it worked just fine. The phone app has different functionality though & may not work the same.

I've had the "See seller's other items" link on the web version not work about 50% of the time. I have no idea why it works sometimes and not others - it seems just random. I have to go through their FB page and access it that way.

They care about buyers, I can guarantee that.

I do not use my phone. I have a desktop computer.

I have noticed that these links are hard to access for a month or more, recently.
In my experience, the links do still work, every time, if you are careful to hover over the link correctly before you click. You have to watch for the cursor to change. If the cursor is an arrow, then it isn't going to activate the link. You have to hover just right on the link, to make the cursor change into a hand with a pointing finger.
As long as the cursor is shown as a pointing finger, then it will activate the link when you click. At any rate, that works for me.

The linking area is pretty generous, it's just that mine just shows up dead - it's really frustrating. It'll be fine for days, then one day, no linking, then it will activate again. Sometimes it's also "visit store" above. Right now everything is working. 🤔

I have never, not been able to activate the link. I have to come in from the right, usually.
I just double-checked, and only the right-hand end of the links are clickable. It varies from one line to the others. This is what I just found to be clickable, shown by the underscores. It's just a few letters at the end of the line. Sometimes not even an entire word is clickable, sometimes more.
It appears that only this area is clickable. But, I have always been able to get the links to work by clicking in the right place (where the cursor turns into a pointing finger).
I am using Edge, and WIN10.
Edit: I almost always use windows that are half the width of my screen, so that I can have two windows open side-by-side. I just tried maximizing the window, to the full size of my screen. When I did that, the links worked perfectly; the entire links were clickable. So I think this may be related to the size of your window.
If you look at the screeenshot I posted, showing the clickable area. Only the last letter of "Visit store" is clickable. If that clickable area was a bit narrower, then it wouldn't be clickable at all.

@lacemaker3 I squeezed the window down to about 2" wide and replicated what you illustrated above, but I had to get it down to that narrow. I have a 24" monitor and it's usually split, or the listing window takes up about 60% of the room and this phenomenon happens. I wonder if it's browser dependent (which seems odd because it seems to change, but it's at these points where I run out of knowledge).
ETA: I hadn't explored it too much, I just cuss and get in another way because I'm always in a hurry and as I say it is random, but this is actually kind of interesting since it seems to be fairly new (you say you've noticed it within the last month or so which seems about right).

Just a possibility?
Could be a "your" computer/internet thing?
I use laptop/windows 10/edge and search 100's of things every day and NEVER seen that be an issue in the past.

Interesting. I wonder if it's a navigation issue, I also have never had it not work. Not even once.
