Offer same as Buy It Now price. Scam?

I'm assuming this is a scam, but maybe there's some information I'm not aware of that would say otherwise. A brand new account just offered me the same price as the buy it now price. I don't see a reason why someone would do this.

Customer paid for a Lot; asks me to only send 1 thing. I believe I should send them everything

A buyer paid today for a lot of 5 magazines and only wants me to send 1 issue. If I do this, isn't this an INAD waiting to happen? Or is the fact that the customer's request in my email enough to avoid an INAD dispute, if one should happen?

Eight of twelve images shown.

I know I can have 12 images in my listings, but when I go into editing a listing, I am only shown eight images. How come? Sometimes I would like to rearranged them, but If I can't see all of them, it's hard for me to do this.
