Are EBAY 'fixes' generating more sales for you?

How's sales for you?   Better?  Mine are still slower than past history.  I expect I can't get around revising all listings with the hope that will help.

It might be counter intuitive but remember to shop anywhere but on epay for mass produced imported crud this holiday season.  You're just feeding the greedy dragon if you support them.  Now for handmade artsy gift stuff or collectible smalls please shop until your nose hits the keyboard.

My numbers are up slightly.  Two sales this month with two items with bids.  But one is a 99 cent heading to the trash item.

I looked at some of your listings. Most of the jewelry items show a $3.50 shipping cost (to Michigan). You can add $3.50 to the price of those items and offer free shipping.

my sales are down 100% to almost zero. I was stunned when I sold something yesterday. It had been my first sale in months.

And when they return the item then you refund total price and lose shipping fee.  Free shipping means many returns and that means I lose money.  No thanks to losing money when my margins are growing slim every day.

eBay needs to fix it's search engine and stop showing unrelated **bleep** in a search.  Doing this will improve sales.  Buyers can't buy what they can't find in search.

yes, I'm getting loads and loads of nonpayers, so could say I've had a few "sales" but no actual cash flowing my way.

no, I'm getting loads and loads of non payers, down £1500 this month, ALL from unused accounts, ALL Gmail.com addresses, so it's obvious there is a bunch of scumbags out there deliberately making accounts based on gmail addresses, (that don't need any id ) they use the gmail account to get a paypal account....

Appears that the "tipping point" where sellers have a reasonably god chance of making $ has passed  eBay still coming out ahead but many sellers are not.  Unfortunately this situation will only get worse.

All My listing are fixed price, and i also my sales have drop 40% this year, ebay its destroying our business and their business as well, all these changes they are doing and new policies

Their "Buy It Now " Listings being a mandatory 30 days with the "automatic" Renewal has virtually killed all of my sales. Been on ebay since 1999 and it has never been this slow or bad. My customers are impulse buyers and if they think they have 30 days , they just think , "I have time . I will get back to it " ! NOT SO MUCH ! My sales are down 70 % since they did that. I might point out that I have been selling to my type customers outside of Ebay for over 40 Years and I do know my business and customers FAF FAR Better than whoever they have making wrong decisions for policies .

My sales have not come back to previous levels!  I am very disgusted especially since at the time of the year, we should be selling a lot.  Have revised and it has no effect on sales.  I know it has to do with how our product is shown.  We keep selling the same 4 products or so and none of the rest.  So upset, wish the search engine was the same as a couple years ago!
