Anyone notice October Store Fee was NOT paid out of Pending Funds or anywhere else?

My store fees have always been paid out of Pending Funds and always have shown up on the Payments Transaction Report- usually by the 2nd or 3rd of the Month. My annual did start up again Oct 1 but?

I have found that when my yearly store fee renews,   That ebay skips the October 1st payment and then hits me twice on November 1st.

Yes, I had the same thing. If your store renews in October, you will not be charged in October, but you will be charged for 2 months in November.
