Items Not Showing Up in 'Awaiting Shipment'

I have an item in my shipping software that says 'ready to ship'.  However, when I look at Seller Hub, it does not appear in 'Awaiting Shipment'.  When I search Seller Hub with the buyer's username, there it is - says it's Awaiting Shipment.  But without this search, it does not appear on the main 'Awaiting shipment' page.  Just a FYI that there appears to be a glitch that hides listings ready to ship in Seller Hub.

I had the opposite issue.

A buyer canceled sale kept showing up in awaiting shipment. The only way I got rid of it was to archive it.

Same thing here with a sale from this morning. I know it sold from the email, but that is the only reason. Not showing up in seller hub. Ebay trying to get sellers to defect so we can pay 6% on top of the 12.9% on top of the PL 15% on top of the shipping on top of the shipping supply costs on top of the cost of goods on top of taxes on top of store fees on top of........I need a nap.

I have the same thing happing to me this morning.  I show 2 ready to ship items but click to purchase labels and only one comes up.  Went to the listing not showing up and a banner comes up that buyer has not paid so do not ship.  It is not showing up in my "Awaiting Payment" section, it is showing up in the Ready to Ship section.  It also appears to be included in my balance on the seller hub page but when I go to payments it does not show up.   

Hope it get fixed by the time I get off work since I have a 1-day handling time.  I'm guessing it hasn't been paid for since it is not showing up under payments but why then is it under Ready to Ship?
