Anyone have a random MC 011 restriction

Anyone else recently have a random MC011 restriction? Recently I received the MC 011 selling permanent suspension despite uploading documents that prove my identity, banking statements and receipts and the banking statements match the purchases for items that I sold on eBay. My metrics are all good to.  After uploading all the documents I received an email in about a minute saying my account was permanently restricted although their email says it can take up to three days to review the documents thoroughly which it seems like there was no thought put into it whatsoever. I’ve requested to speak to a supervisor about six times and cannot get anyone to get back to me. Anybody else having this issue and found a way to resolve it or to get someone to actually help you? And I know they will be haters out there so here are screenshots of my metrics that show my account is in good standing. I don’t know if they’re scammers out there or if eBay got hacked or what but something

is definitely up. By the way I only have one seller account. If anyone has any advice please post. This has been a nightmare considering this is my full-time job and how I support my family. So far eBay seems to care less About getting back to me. And it really stinks because I really love eBay And how it’s giving me independence. I mean is this just what happens when you are a good seller?

Read the whole topic: and this statement stands out:

"My inventory comes from a local established electronics company."

So can you guarantee that the goods are not fake, modified, or stolen due to YOUR source????

That dreaded "i" does seem to be involved with a great deal of such restrictions these days...

@ron2441

NO MC011 notice is "random".  While you may not agree with the reason for the restriction doesn't mean it was "random".  It ONLY means you don't agree.

Your numbers in the Service Metrics hasn't got anything to do with a MC011 notification either.  So go and look at the email you got.  What does it say as it will tell you what they see as a problem.  They aren't always right, but if you really want to work this issue out, you have to take notice of what they have told you and work from there.
