I just spent an extremely frustrating hour, mostly on hold, with my bank, only to finally have the problem blamed on Ebay. Normally when ebay sends available funds to me over the weekend (Saturday and/or Sunday, in this case both), it shows up as deposited and available in my bank account Monday, no later than 12:00 PM, usually 11:05 AM for some reason. But today there's nothing, not even 'pending' deposits from Ebay, and this wasn't a holiday weekend or anything. The overseas phone reps for my bank (repS, plural, because they transferred me from one to the next) said Ebay has not sent funds, period. But here in my Payments page, it shows FUNDS SENT at 2:00 AM on both Saturday and Sunday mornings, same as usual.
So I am just wondering if anyone else on daily payments did not see an expected deposit in their bank today. I am not about to endure the grief of getting hold of another overseas rep (this time for Ebay) saying "Okay Ma'am" over and over, and then tell me it's my bank, not Ebay.
Swear to god, it is the year two-thousand and twenty-two, a computer can process a bazillion calculations per second and transmit them via internet in that same second, yet when it comes to money there is no reliability or predictability.

Exactly, small monday payment in on tuesday, huge friday and saturday payments needed to run business a total no show.

Thanks for official update.

Sure, tiny monday payment in there, big weekend money needed to run business a no show even at the end of tuesday. Freakout was earlier in morning!

OP here again.
Hallelujah for them fixing a known problem FAST for a change! My Saturday and Sunday payments were deposited simultaneously at 5:06 PM Central Time Zone, not 'pending' either, but free and clear for spending.
A shame it couldn't happen even a half hour earlier, when one of the businesses I needed to pay was still open. But I'll take this over additional days of waiting.
By the way, YES I was among those who called and gave the alert code and the (ebay internal) payment reference numbers to a CSR. That was only about an hour before the deposit occurred, actually.

Missing payment shows pending in my bank, as of 6PM EST.

Not sure if this is gonna help - but from my experience (25 years of it on eBay) and dealing with the 'little to great' un-announced changes and quirks that modern day internet/mobile business is revealing to be; it appears that routing electronic payout transfers might go late into Tuesday from weekend payouts. I spoke to one of my financial institution managers and she explained that the format eBay uses for deposits (ASFIS? or some similar annoying acronym) has changed from the beginning of the next 'business' day of the day from it being posted up to possibly 4 separate times up and through the end of the normal banking hours on the next Tuesday (if it was sent over the weekend or non-business day). Which of course proved to be correct since for the first time since this format has been made eligible by eBay my weekend Payouts were just deposited at 1800 hrs EST this date (Tuesday). If eBay claims to actually care about the people that actually pay eBay fees (the sellers)
I'd suggest that they start changing some of their seller standards (top rated seller etc...) and ability to use acquired funds that are being held by eBay to use for shipping. Access to the community post and site map used to be easier as well. Now it's basically hidden..
The sellers are usually the ones who find and offer solutions to most of the unforeseen problems that occur on eBay - not sure if the newly erected ivory tower cares what the older users think anymore... It's not fully broken yet, but they keep breaking things that didn't require 'fixing' - Good Luck

I did read your whole reply (twice, because I had trouble understanding the first time, and I'm still not sure I understand). When did you speak to this manager, and when did she say this change occurred?

This morning I was missing the payouts from the 17th and the 18th but the payout for Monday the 19th was showing pending in my bank account. Now as I type that pending payout has gone missing. So now I haven't received my payments from the weekend and Monday.

Ebay has used the ACH bank transfer system since the start of Managed Payments. They did have a problem with payouts from Saturday and Sunday getting processed yesterday as they normally would. They have since fixed that problem and it all should be processing now, so everyone should have those payouts very soon.

Did you speak to an employee on the phone and tell them to add you to the list?

I know that, but what pack-ratz is describing sounds like it could be a much more recent change than just switching to MP, like a change in how the ACH works, one they did in the past week, which caused the problem this weekend.
In fact, it sounds like they are saying it's a PERMANENT change that will cause all weekend payouts not to show up until Tuesday regardless of what bank you have, and that this past weekend was simply the first one reflecting the change, and ebay just didn't bother notifying us. --Reread the first 2/3 of their post with this in mind, see if it doesn't sound like that's what they are asserting.
Now, I not only hope they're wrong; I find it pretty hard to believe. They are correct in saying that ebay hasn't always announced every change. But one that would cause however many thousands of sellers expecting income on Monday to get nothing and freak out, that's too severe of a change not to notify us about, unless I underestimate their callousness. Besides, if it is a permanent but unannounced change, why would they act like it was just a one-time glitch, and give us an alert number and everything? That would just be setting themselves up for another freak-out this upcoming Monday, and maybe an even worse one afterward, once it sinks in that they did this to us without warning, and were lying about it being a glitch.
But now I suppose pack-ratz will never reply to my question. And anyway we'll know in just a few days whether s/he was wrong or right.

How about now? What do you have/not have?

Money was there this morning on Wed 21st but that's still doesn't explain what happened.
Great Thread!

The ACH has NEVER been open on the Weekend. All payouts from Saturday and Sunday do not start processing in the ACH system until Monday morning.
