Hello All,
I keep having items that Sell, appear in "Unsold" and then when I re-list, I only come to notice it because in the "Sold Listings" it says "You've re-listed" this item.
Then I have to go and "End the Listing" because it's already been sold...

ebay has a glitch that will relist sold items for you. I have had it happen to me more than once. Even caught one right in the act.

No, not that specific problem, but just last week I had my unsold folder vanish - taking all my listings with it. That hurt - lost over 300 ads I was going to place active for the holidays, starting last week. Does eBay want us to sell this stuff or not? If so, they need to back off a bit on all this unfriendly, counter-productive aggression.

my unsold folder vanish
are you sure you don't have the "period" dates wrong........ i.e. if the period shows current month......it won't show anything but unsolds from Nov. if there are any...

Thanks for the suggestion/reply @dhbookds. But Yes, I am sure the dates were fine. What disturbs me most is the time I invested in these ads has been waisted - only to waste more time when I could be creating new -now I have to recreate the old. Disappointing - I feel like I've been robbed.

the listings should stay for 90 days without relisting........then they are removed. That said, there are some tricks that can work at time, tho take time.
In the future, relist near the end of the 90 days. I don't know if scheduling a listing to start and then keep on lengthing the date still works or not..............that used to be one way of keeping them........

If eBay cared about their sellers they'd restore the folder from a backup. I doubt they'd do that. Never heard of it on the boards.
I don't even know if they backup up the listings. They may only backup important files.

Yes, it has happened to me. It seems to always happen if you switch an item to auction format after already having it listed as BIN.

This happened to me in the past more than once. about 6 months ago 1 auction ended sold and was paid for immediatly and was sitting in unsolds! same night a straight buy it now sold and was sitting in unsolds. I have been burnt by this before in the past and as recently as last week. ghost listings can get you booted and it really needs to STOP!

Yes, this has happened to me twice in the past month. The first time it happened I called CS immediately and while I was on the phone it was fixed. The second time was just today. I had an auction with 3 bids that ended and went straight to "Unsold". So I waited about 20 minutes, just to see if it would be corrected before I called CS. I was told that they would monitor this transaction and send me an email once it was fixed. They did not tell me what to do if it does not get corrected. It has now been an hour since I called CS and this transaction is still showing up as unsold.
