Anyone Else Having Trouble Printing Order Details?

I can print a shipping label but when I go to print order details page I get nothing. Thank you for any response.

Are you using the mobile app or desktop/laptop?  Mobile app is glitchy.

If desktop/laptop - try logging out and back in or a different browser.  Just printed one as a test - printed fine in Edge.  Good luck!

Using desktop and Edge. Tried it again and still not working. Will try the logging out option. Thanks.

I had that problem too.  I was using Firefox and something on the details pages changed so they don't print out the details section.  Switched to Chrome and same problem.  Didn't try edge but I've just given up on printing them out.  I always liked printing out a copy of the page to include with the invoice in my shipments.  That way the buyer could see what they actually ordered if there was a question.

Just tried Chrome and it worked but still not working with Edge even after signing out/in.

I just printed one using Chrome but can't get it done with Edge.

Either of these options work for me to open the print dialog:

1. Hold down the crtl and 'P' keys at the same time.
2. Hold down the crtl and shift and 'P' keys at the same time.
