Anybody know what the rules are for this moive?

Hey Everyone, 

Just a curious question here. So I got a copy of the movie, Faces of Death in a box of movies I received. For those who aren't familiar with that title, it's a documentary about death (basically) but it's not actual videos of it, just recreations and made up stories (think of the TV show "1000 ways to die" but a lot darker and no comedy). The movie originally was a NC-17 film because it depicted such things, but now it's moved to a R rating or NR rating. Is this something Ebay would allow on the site? If so where should it be categorized, basic DVD & Movies category or Adult Category? These are massively produced and not a rare thing.  Just curious on where everyone would put this under.

I used to own this VHS.

I'm not sure what ebay's stance is on it.

I saw several for sale on other sites but none on ebay.

Yeah, I looked for it on Ebay too but didn't find anyone who had it. That's why it's got me questioning if it's allowed or not. But being that it went from a NC-17 rating to a R and NR rating, I would think it would be alright.
