(In response to an Ebay survey) (Any suggestions?)
Ebay should have paid me the $232 for the FREE SHIPPING their glitch gave my customers.....Ebay ASSURED me they would reimburse me for. I have contacted EB since July 6 about getting this payment and constantly told they will request it, it will be paid in up to 3 days, they have to contact the original agent to submit something, etc. Suddenly yesterday I am told my request for the re imbursement was denied? After 6 weeks, Agent now states that the first reimbursement given to me, for the month of May, was a"COURTESY PAYMENT". a few months ago I invested over $2000 in new stock to resell and suddenly my sales have dropped to almost nothing. I really counted on the return of that money I put out. I now find I cannot trust Ebay's word. I cannot work for a place like that. I am planning to sellout all my stock cheaply to get my money back and will be closing out my accounts. So, for $232 you wanted to deceive me out of, you have also lost me as a seller, and as a large buyer.

You said you got a courtesy refund for the month of May. What else is pending? I see your sales from May 20 to present and only 1 had free shipping.
I'm also confused how you could rack up whatever amount was given to you in a courtesy refund, plus an additional $232 after that without noticing that your listings had free shipping. Most of your listings charge between $4-8.50 for shipping so it would take quite a lot of sales to rack up that amount.
I'm not saying you're wrong about the glitch, but with the limited info we have visibility to, your post isn't making much sense. What was the exact problem and what were the dates affected? We can maybe help if we can understand what happened.

Could you be mistaken about EBAY "computer glitch"?
I looked at your Adam Levine listing and on your description you included this phrase "*I am sorry I do not accept offers while I have the FREE SHIPPING promotion running, as the promotion saves you way more money" (at very bottom of page).
Could that is probably why customer got "free shipping"?

Sorry your doll sales are slow, hang on they will pick up for Christmas...
I didn't hear about any free shipping glitch. You sell many of the same dolls. Is it possible you elected sell similar from a free shipping listing? It becomes a default unless you change it. This is not the fault or responsibility of eBay.
