WHY can't I view the questions that I answered for "buyers" on my auction page that's still running? I clicked on the box that said post answered question to auction but it's no where to be found! Why is eBay so much harder to navigate these days? And, why NO option to leave feedback on my feedback page after reading feedback from buyers RIGHT THERE LIKE IT USED TO BE? Now it says "respong" I DON'T WANT TO RESPOND TO EVERY POSITIVE FEEDBACK LEFT!  Now I have to click on the BLUE item # and THEN use the leave feedback option, TWO STEPS now!

Feedback -- Drop to the bottom of your FB page, the link is there to post FB.

I'm not sure about the question thing.  I know what you are talking about, it is just a function I would never want to use.  It would normally appear way at the bottom of your listing.  But they now have so many ads in the way I'm unsure.  Heck it wasn't a popular function, they may have just stopped doing it.

You don't have to respond to every FB you get.  There is nothing that says you have to do that or that requires you to do that.  So don't stress about it.

A couple years back they started posting any q&a under "contact seller" and the option "other".   I don't know if that is still done.  If I knew which of your items had questions, I could look there for you.   That's the other catch, you couldn't see them on your own items if you are signed in to your ID.

I looked at all their listings yesterday and didn't see it on any listing.  They only have a handful posted.

Here's how to get there: Account Settings/Selling Preferences/Manage communications with buyers.

Scroll down to 'See what your buyers can do' and look for 'See answers to your FAQs' and hit 'Edit'.

When the 'Manage Q & A for buyers' page prefills, tick 'Share answers to your FAQs' and submit.
