Another much needed (not) improvement?

Went back to the first message a buyer sent to be able to send them an offer only to be greeted with a big red banner saying "you have already responded to this message", which blocked any reply.

So now we're only allowed to respond to a message once? Thanks for making life just that little bit harder for sellers again ebay.

I got one of those about 5 days ago, which doesn't help sales when you actually haven't responded.  Chalk it up to one of the many eBay glitches. 🙄

Hello. I certainly hope this is a temporary glitch. I have closed many sales over the years b/c I was able to send a special offer to a buyer after communicating back-and-forth.

Me too, because I just tried responding to a message I hadn't replied to and it said the same thing.
