So I had a mult-item order and I was trying to figure out the shipping cost so I could adjust the buuyer's invoice. I went into "print label" and pretended I was going to and put in what would be the total weight of the box and it gave me a total of $14.45 (2.2 lbs from NJ to CA).
Modified the invoice to that amount and sent to buyer. Buyer pays I just went to print off the actual label. To my suprise that $14.45 was not the retail rate: it was the online rate after the discount.
Never noticed before that it did it that way. I am very annoyed though I suppose I have no one to blame but myself, should have gotten the shipping cost on usps.com Anyone else ever gotten stung like this before?

Yes I've got myself bit as well...
Since I wander in and out of TRS I never know exactly which discount I'm going to qualify for and what the amount is going to be.
Now I go to USPS and get that rate and tell the buyer what that amount is.
At least it was only 3.00.... cheap lesson 😉
