They must be applying them in phases. I'm not seeing them on any of my accounts yet but I see others posted about getting them already.

Thanks! Before people complain it's not working I figure I'll throw this out there: in case you scrolled past the details, this is a promo for store subscribers only.

Thank you for posting that link.

That link worked for me even though I have yet to officially receive an email from eBay inviting me to take advantage of the 50,000 free listings offer.

So it should work for other sellers with store subscriptions as well.

Oh boy. An offer that only is going to help the BIGGEST SELLERS! Gee thanks ebay! How about a couple free months and reducing FVF for those of us that don't need and can't use 50000 listings!!!

The free listings only applies to ebay store owners. Good for them.

Seems to me that this is overkill.    Search is bad enough now so let's not have any complaints from those taking advantage of this offer about search.

It would have been more helpful for most store owners to get 500 additional  listings each month and a 50% reduction in subscription fees.    How many store owners have the time and inventory to add thousands of new listings in 38 days??

Some people will never be satisfied, and need to complain about EVERYTHING! I am a "GLASS IS HALF FULL" guy not a "GLASS IS HALF EMPTY guy! The people who don't spend here and get FREE 50 stores will all be complaining about not getting listings, I can't believe how many posts I have read about deferring payment for a month isn't good enough. Mostly from people who do not have stores. I mean if you sell something you don't go and spend the money when you KNOW you pay a 10% fee on the sale at the end of the month. I just don't get it

I concur. If it was a lesser amount like 500-1,000 and spread out through May at least that would be a lot more beneficial. 50,000 listings for the next 7 days and 50,000 listings for 1 month after that? Seems like the point was about making a big impression more than anything.

That said, I'm not going to look a gift horse in the mouth and I'll definitely use at least 500 over the next month if I can. Thanks, eBay (sincerely).

If that turns out to be the case, and this promo was set up exclusively for store subscribers, if it were me I would go and purchase the month to month entry level Starter Store for $7.95/mo and then come back here and attempt to activate this offer to see if it works. Worse case scenario would be that it does not work and you now have a 1 month starter store with 100 listings. But that is just me. As always your mileage may vary.

How does it only help the biggest sellers?

ANY store level qualifies.  I can't make TRS cause I don't sell over 1K a year and I'm going to crank out listings as fast as I can.

I hate photobucket right now... PS Answers given years ago may or may not be current now, please check with current posters to the boards to see if the information is still relevant.

I wonder how much the boards are going to explode when all these freebie listings roll over next month? Will everyone clamoring for more free listings now be screaming it's an Ebay money grab next  month?
