This is an idea that might help solve the non payment from Buyers. Up on the top where your name (handle) is, following your feedback there could be another number in red that represents the number of non payments that you have. Example ; Joe Nonpayer ( 148) 5 (in red) . Name, feedback (always positive because we sellers can't warn the rest of a non payer) and the non paying number. I think most people would not want to see a number in red behind the feedback. It might also give us a chance to block that buyer. With enough sellers blocking buyers we might be able to force them out. What do you think?

eBay would never do anything to make buyers look bad.
Your only option is to use your Site Preferences to automatically block bidders/buyers who have gotten more than 2 strikes in the past year.

I don’t know about you but i’d rather have the occasional non payer than have the buyer return the item because they changed their mind. I don’t get too worked up over the handful of non payers I get each year. You can also require immediate payment which would get rid of the issue. I also don’t get worked when a buyers asks to cancel because they change their mind. I get this more often than a non payer. I get cancelation request about once every other month or so.
