Amazon banning customers with too many returns while ebay demands sellers offer FREE returns!

I'm just shaking my head at what ebay is trying to do. EVEN AMAZON (the one they so desperately want to be like) gets it!!! But it's okay with ebay because it's NOT THEIR product!

When you buy antiques from a brick and mortar store you are able to inspect the item in a way you cannot online. When you buy online, you have to trust that the seller is actually trustworthy or has inspected the item themselves to ensure that they are being honest in their description. Not all sellers are honest or careful. Refunds should always be available.

I haven't read every response on this thread,

but

for the 10+ years that I've been on eBay's boards...

I've seen numerous buyers complaining that they Lost buyer protection here

for too many complaints.. too many returns.
