I wrote in another thread that somehow (me or ebay) sent an invoice with 0 shipping to Australia

the buyer & I had agreed on a $$ amount (FC Intl) and we both realized that shipping wasn't included when she paid

she has messaged me her email for a paypal money request

but, i want to make sure i am not violating policy since ebay takes a cut on shipping now

Yes you can,since no shipping fee was sent with the order,Ebay is not missing out on their 'cut'.

Cancel order and put in correct shipping amount (have customer re-purchase item).

thought of that but there were 4 items,  all with best offers accepted.  

Plus, there is a huge time difference for all those machinations (australia)

buyer may tire of all the fuss
