Hi, I found a great deal on N95 masks at my local Home Depot.
Am I allowed to sell them on eBay?
(I remember a while back they banned the sales of these products)

I don't believe ebay lifted the restriction yet for selling PPE without prior ebay pre-approval.

No you are not.
Even if you could, the fact that you got a great deal on them should indicate that demand is dropping.

I work in auto body repair shop, we used to stock these until the pandemic. Now we can't get them, the demand was there way before people knew what they were.

How do I get approved?

We don't buy them online. Of course there is a chain of commands that we have to follow and who we can buy from. My point was that we needed them, and they were not available for the longest time. It all of the sudden became a house hold term.

I tried to get approved a little while ago. I was denied.
Good seller ... check!
Good track record ... check!
Good price on the masks ... check!
Thousands of cases of masks on hand ... Buzz!
They want you to have a huge inventory on hand before they will consider approving you.

They're available literally everywhere I've seen. B&M as well as online.

You can beat 20 masks @ $20.95 with over 10K sold and over 600 packs still available? Cause that's what you would be competing against...

Why can you buy them online now?

Where do you see that?

I work at a very big dealership. They have deals with jobbers and who we buy from. You're missing my point, before the pandemic, we just stocked them. Then you couldn't get them, now we don't have them.
