Okay eBay, now that I've ignored your "Now you can get 3 free express payouts" emails at least five times, can you stop sending them to me? Besides, not having any sales kind of defeats the point of an express payout, and makes your offer that much more annoying, donchya think?

I just checked mine and there is nothing about spam from eBay to check or uncheck.
The only thing checked is surveys under the marketing category. Everything else is unchecked, but I still get spam about the fast payout, eBay credit card spam, etc.

You have to resort to such an extreme, highly improbable situation to make your case. His point is after a few of these messages hes gotten rid of, its regarded as spam and the system should stop sending them. It doesn't even require ai, just after 3-4 deletes, set a flag to not send anymore.

Just trying to address the issues you posted about. Obviously you were looking for some help/guidance since you did post it in the "Selling" forum.
I don't mean to be harsh but instead of posting your issue of having the occasional message (that can be deleted) in your INBOX, maybe work on your listings that may help increase the sales (any sales) you say you are lacking. Maybe look at how you are pricing them vs what others are? Or maybe put them in a lot instead of individual listings? There are plenty of things you could work on even though most of your listings look great. Kudos to you!
Yes it can be annoying to get some of these unwanted messages but posting a "Dear Ebay" letter will do nothing to resolve your underline issue of sales. (or lack of) IMHO
