A Computer decides what is extortion  when you try to get someone to fix it they wont

I've filed a complaint regarding a full refund that you owe me which is $16. If u don't return the full refund Ebay will make sure you do and I will be leaving a very "nice" review for you!! I'm a seller as well and I DO NOT treat my customers this way

I highly suggest that we reply to their feedback to set expectation and reference to your next buyers. If only I could help you on this one, I would do it in a heartbeat. It's just that the option to take action on feedbacks are now removed from chat help.

why was it denied when it is clearly extotion

It is actually based from the review if our offline team. They look into the transaction as a whole. I know that this is not ideal for you as feedbacks are important for all sellers. I understand your frustration, trust me I'm on your side. But they might have taken the whole transaction and the buyers perspective on the transaction as a whole.

That is not what we want as we also have feedback extortion policy. It's just that the appeal has been taken in for review already by our feedback team and is denied already.

the buyer did not mention a negative feedback

threatening to leave good feedback or nice feedback is not extortion

a review can be seen as a product review

feedback and reviews are different things

I had my account restricted and had the misfortune of speaking to Vivien , who decided to not unrestrict my account without any explanation and with only asking me two questions.

Then i spoke to another agent, and he asked me lots of questions and was nice and opened my account.

I think this woman should be sacked from ebay, she clearly wakes up in a bad mood every day
