Why has eBay after 17 years as a seller requesting for me to provide an invoice for items that I've sold already. Tracking number and delivered notification have been received. eBay has frozen my account until I can show proof I purchased the item.

Might be because you haven't sold in more than a year. eBay might be concerned your dormant account could have been hijacked.
