eBay, you need to stop treating your most loyal long-term sellers with such blatant disrespect.  ALL ITEMS SHOULD BE LISTED WITH THE SAME VIEWABILITY.

If items must be "promoted" by forcing sellers to give up what little profit margin they may have left in this runaway inflationary economy, you will soon have no sellers left except your favored fraudsters, cheats, scammers, drop shippers, etc.

I have gotten plenty of support in other ways from regular small fry (like myself) who are reticent to post for fear of retribution.  

Just wanted you all to know that the preponderance of attack posts here against the TRUTH does not represent a majority of the eBay Community, from what I am seeing.

An upset seller posted about this about a year ago … after seeing one of their items ‘relisted’ … using their photos and description.

I tried to educate myself by reading multiple listings by these ‘liquidators’.  There was an explanatory paragraph in ALL the listings … describing the liquidation process.

I don’t recall any specific Usernames.  My only interest at the time was to understand what was happening so I could explain it to OPs.  You’re the first one to bring it up in months.

I'm not the least confused.  The result is exactly the same, no matter how one chooses to describe it.  it was NOT a pay-to-play environment here when I started fifteen years ago, and put so much of what now appears to have been wasted time and effort into eBay.

Yea, sue big tech.  That always works out well for the individual; and besides, there are plenty of things that are immoral (and that diminish a site's reputation) that might not be found illegal in our modern corrupt court system.

I recall a recent post where a seller got a notice about either GSP or EIS not being able to deliver to the buyer....

The buyer was refunded by ebay, and the seller did not forfeit any funds.....

This seller wanted "the option" of getting his item returned (instead of the money).....could not quite comprehend that it was not their item anymore.....

Technically, I feel you should have the right to demand the item back.  Ebay lets users refuse to sell to certain people all the time.  Why should this bogus account in Michigan that resells product that often was falsely rejected by Bowes not face that same stricture?

NO ONE in the world would ever in their right mind search through 860,000 paintings. Your thought process is skewed. ALL your stuff is showing on the first page, and I proved it to you.  It just happens to be, either no one wants to pay the price you are asking, or there is just no demand in those artist's paintings. Sorry if you paid too much for your items and/or your thought process on $$ return is not in line with reality.
