After Temporary 3-day selling restriction search suspension is not yet removed

I received this strike due to mistakenly used wrong keyword in title.

"Because you haven't followed this policy in the past, a temporary 3-day selling restriction has been placed on your account (starting on the date of this notice), and your other listings will be hidden from search during this period; these other listings will automatically be restored and show up in search results after the end of the temporary restriction"

After passing these 3 days i see this message on my store

"We are sold out, but here are some other stores you may be interested in."

I contacted multiple time to support and they says its technical issue we are resolving it.

What do you think guy whats wrong with it and how to solve this ?

I tried to resolve this by ending all listing and then after few hours relisted ended listing. Above message was disappear for few hours but it come back after few hours.

Let me know what do i need to do, to open search suspension. I have not made any changes in account settings.

Too many things wrong with your account.

You are registered in Pakistan but ship from Pasadena,Texas...if a buyer wanted to return an item what would be the address?...A warehouse?...and the employees know you to give the refund to the buyer while you are on the other side of the world?...is the item returned to Texas or Pakistan?

But here's the other thing...probably another seller 'report this item'...reported you finally...maybe a competitor who sells the same item....'Damascus' is the capital of Syria...which is an embargo country which in the USA sellers are not allowed to sell anything of related to Syria. Maybe the seller who reported you doesn't use the word 'Damascus' but you did...which is in your title of some items sold.

Put the two problems together and that's why the 3-day selling restriction is not over.

No bother of above mentioned cases are not happen.

In case of return buyer return to Texas not Pakistan and i happy accept return and refund to buyer you can see i have 100% positive feedback that how my customer service work.

2nd no one reported it is detected by ebay auto bot and removed from store. Violated keywords immediately scanned by AI.

That link was supposed to be for the CBT dashboard, so just use the other link I gave you:

I thought this might be an additional issue that could be preventing your items from being visible, but if you're compliant, then that's not it.

This statement from one of your descriptions could be a problem:

"Our warehouse is in USA if product is out of stock in US warehouse we will ship from Pakistan manufacturing unit."

You have to give an accurate location for your items, and shipping from a different, international location is not acceptable under eBay policy. You have to give the correct location and zip code when you are shipping from a warehouse in the USA.

You made a "Data Policy" saying your customers data and safe and won't be shared.

Technically that's a lie. You will share their data with the carrier who is a third party.

Your return policy stated 14 days. I don't believe eBay supports 14 day return policies anymore.

Okay noted about the item location i will edit that line in template. Thanks for letting me know. Are you currently selling on ebay ? you have plenty of knowledge about policies.
