After Temporary 3-day selling restriction search suspension is not yet removed

I received this strike due to mistakenly used wrong keyword in title.

"Because you haven't followed this policy in the past, a temporary 3-day selling restriction has been placed on your account (starting on the date of this notice), and your other listings will be hidden from search during this period; these other listings will automatically be restored and show up in search results after the end of the temporary restriction"

After passing these 3 days i see this message on my store

"We are sold out, but here are some other stores you may be interested in."

I contacted multiple time to support and they says its technical issue we are resolving it.

What do you think guy whats wrong with it and how to solve this ?

I tried to resolve this by ending all listing and then after few hours relisted ended listing. Above message was disappear for few hours but it come back after few hours.

Let me know what do i need to do, to open search suspension. I have not made any changes in account settings.

Sounds to me like a technical glitch -- something for which eBay is famous.

Try logging out of eBay, clearing your cache, then logging back in.

Otherwise you might have to wait it out.

Logout and clearing cache doesn't work because i cross check via incognito window.

Your restriction may not be over yet. eBay goes by exact times hours, minutes and seconds.

I don't think so its been more than 10 days since i received 3 day restriction and ebay support also told me that your restriction is removed.

I suspect that eBay is employing "artificial intelligence" nowadays to reprimand sellers for these sorts of violations.

AI is pretty ruthless, and I personally am not at all confident that eBay has a handle on it.

Especially now that this is a repeat violation.

Ending and relisting will not help.

CS is known to say anything, true or not, to get you off the phone. It is a waste of time contacting them.

You will need to wait until eBay removes the restriction.

eBay put it on, eBay removes it.

What you need to do at this point is make 100% sure all your listings comply with policy. 

I dont think it has to do with a wrong key word. If I had to guess it is because you are drop shipping and have had issues.

No i am not doing dropshipping. Yes my account is Pakistan base which ebay allow to open account from Pakistan and ebay allow me to ship worldwide from Texas warehouse.

When i list item i select ship from address Texas. So everything is legit.

I suspect that with the passage of 10 days, you might want to look elsewhere to sell your "stuff."

What were the exact words that eBay used about the policy  you violated? What was the keyword you used in your title that caused the problem?

Your listings say that you are using a warehouse in the USA (forward deployed inventory). Are you in complying with the policy on this?

Receive this policy violation message from ebay

"Your account has been restricted because activity on it didn't follow our Weapons policy. Most types of weapons are not allowed on eBay. Those we do allow must follow our policy."

By mistake i used word "knuckle buster" in title however item itself is not exactly knuckle buster, its hunting knife with safety guard. Same knife is currently sold by other sellers on ebay.

CBT Dashboard shows BBE and INR are compliant.

However, would not find the forward deployed inventory dashboard is not working with me is the the correct link https://dashboard.ebay.com.my ?
