Have been having problems and could not get things up to their standards quick enough so they cancelled me completely.

Well, this is also true for plumbers, doctors, and many other professional endeavors. You either keep up or go away. It's harsh, but not unfair.

Then I got my 2nd Neg in 12 years by someone who didn't check their package to be sure it was emptied.
They claimed I was late mailing several times which is not true. My feedback shows that.
The current seller standards have been in effect for over 2 years now. The metrics were announced in the Fall 2015 update and were rolled out in early 2016.
The only recent changes have been for TRS qualifications, not above/below standard.
It sounds as if you had 2 out of stock cancels? Out of how many transactions?
The negs don't count against Seller performance standards.
Your late shipment rate is based on shipping within your handling time and getting a carrier scan. Again, your feedback has nothing to do with it.

Actually Media Mail abuse is eBays problems because the first time someone gets postage due because of it they will blame eBay and not the seller.

Im really confused here. From what I could see you only have a single negative feedback, a large feedback number, and what looks like a solid history. Could you explain a little better why you were banned? I unsure now when to worry!

Please see post 42 where the OP explains what the issues were.
Thank you.

If you don't understand ... then you need to brush up on the seller standards. Feedback does not tell the whole story. In fact, it doesn't count as a seller metric at all.

Wow, I apologize for overlooking that, it is absolutely inexcusable to not read EVERY discussion with the absolute focus and dilligence appropriate to handling dangerous and combustible materials or diffusing explosives.
Thank you for educating me. I was utterly oblivious to the serious nature of forum reading. Ive learned the proper respect for and appropriate dillegence of responsible forum interaction and will not endanger the lives of everyone so irresponsibly ever again.

Or maybe you might simply direct an inexperienced poster to the explanation they obviously missed before indulging in condescending and patronizing responses.
Perhaps you should review the socially acceptable standards of healthy communication before you directly converse with...well, anyone ...again.

I think that is what she did, posted you to the explanation, two months ago..

It`s sad to read about these suspensions. I don`t know what I`d do if it happened to me. Best wishes to you.

OP was suspended in April. I'm wondering why he still is paying for a Store subscription.

LMFAO...you're spot on.
As an eBay buyer you can use profanity against a seller, not update the address that just caused an order to be legitimately cancelled, get reported to eBay and then order immediately after you've been reported, with the address not updated. Then, have your oder cancelled again, swear profusely some more and order that same day from another seller's account.
eBay loves citing how things work in the real world but can never seem to give good examples of any retailer that would put up with this abuse in their brick and mortar and I know 100's of online store owners that would not put up with this either but guess what? None of them are on eBay. I wonder why...

I'm wondering if the fees for early cancellation out way to the benefit of canceling early? Either that or the o p just isn't paying it and eBay hasn't caught up yet.

No, the early termination fee is a fraction of the fee for the remaining months of the subscription. So if a seller won't/can't use the subscription any more, the early termination fee is way cheaper than paying for the remaining months of the subscription. Furthermore, ebay had an amnesty month in May where they didn't charge the ETF at all for sellers who canceled or downgraded their subscriptions.
Early termination fee chart in section 4:

I'd focus on what you should have been doing over the last 20 years. Focus on your brand instead of someone elses. And yes, I'm taking my own advice and spinning down. Went from stores, 100's of listings at times to cancelling everything that gives eBay money and I refuse to shop here.
When the last leg of my plan kicks in, this platform will be a memory and "time" of my life I share with kids as a cautionary tale of why they want to never invest even 50% IN ANYTHING that's not 100% theirs. eBay was never ours and I'm always shocked when I see posts saying things like "eBay doesn't let me run my business". Your business? If a business wasn't started before eBay and only exists here, here's the harsh reality. You don't have a business, you rent a storefront and signage from eBay.
The mistakes we made were simple. In the "good" days, EVERY SINGLE PACKAGE should have contained a driver to our brand. Depending on the category one sells in, there are 100's of repeat customers, many of whom don't care where you sell once they know all the benefits and integrity of the business is kept intact.
People place too much faith in Amazon, eBay, Etsy et al and never stop to ask what exactly are we trading for all this visibility and where does this all lead? Yet others haven't wondered out loud "what happens if one of these sites goes down?"
