Have been having problems and could not get things up to their standards quick enough so they cancelled me completely.

I had an instance of breaking something and not sending it. One instance of an item disappearing (still have no idea where it went)

Then I got my 2nd Neg in 12 years by someone who didn't check their package to be sure it was emptied.

They claimed I was late mailing several times which is not true. My feedback shows that.

... use the Shop By Category and choose the Books category ... You are looking for Magazines to buy and then have a problem with them using the cheaper shipping method of Media Mail? Why don't you have the seller invoice you the addional shipping charge of 1st Class? This way they do not abuse the Post Office.

Probably selling magazines, not buying, and following the rules - i.e., an honest seller. If so, it's frustrating to compete with those who break the rules and send the magazines at the cheaper Media Mail rate. It's also an unpleasant buying experience to have to pay postage due on a package because a seller used an inappropriate shipping method.

Amen to the media rate abuse, I sell a lot of brochures and ship first class. If the weight is over a pound I send it priorty mail while these sellers send it media rate. I am at a disadvantage. I just roll with it. I know the day will come when the post office will stop this nonsence!

Seriously, though, I have been told by several eBay Reps that they understand my complaints but the executives base their decisions on Theory, instead of what WE want for practicality. I keep complaining, hoping eventually someone will hear. LoL I know, that's funny!

There is nothing to eBay. Order comes in, you ship as soon as possible, and if you do not use eBay shipping labels, upload the tracking once you ship. I do not read updates and have absolutely no clues what they mean. I am a small seller, top rated, 100% positive feedback, who ships same day, or next day. Everything else, I have no clue about.

Do you read the buyer's board because buyers who have been suspended are more likely to post about it over there.

On the late emails did you call ebay and try to get it straightened out or did you just ignore it?

I have always done that. Have you done things that just don't happen? No matter how well you do it?

I always call with problems. Most of the time it is a waste of my time.

That could be due to the fact the Selling Board is far more active than the Buying Board. I have read of several buyers that have been restricted. Some for filing too many cases, losing their MBG coverage and possibly their buying privileges. One posted about being put in the Ebay High Risk Buyers Program. This was this year in recent months. He found it hard to get out. It is for buyers with UPIs, returns, false SNADS (possibly), retractions, etc. and Ebay keeps them in there until they have learned good buying behavior. They are restricted to only buying fixed price, immediate payment required listings.
