After 13 years....eBay doesn't give a **bleep**.

For the second time in 30 days, I have had 2 items disputed incorrectly and eBay still blindly sided with the buyer. 100% positive rating with over 500 transactions. Small business cannot survive thousands in losses and holds when buyers purchase electronics, then abuse them to the point of breaking it and they still blindly sided with the buyer to return the item based on "incorrect description" and place an immediate hold on funds. This has been the absolute worst and I think this is terrible customer service on eBay part and they refuse any proper form of accountability. 

Feeling extremely defeated and exhausted.

Unfortunately, the disputed items weren't the worst part. It's that you allowed eBay to side with the buyer. 😑

Your buyer opened a return for not as described, did you accept the return? Or did you just let eBay handle it? If you chose the later, you really have no one to blame but yourself. 
The best way to deal with situations like that is to accept the return, receive the return and refund, your funds on hold will be released.
Never allow eBay to step in, they will always find in favor of the buyer, plus give you a defect against your seller account for not handling returns yourself. You can report the buyers for abusing MBG if that is what occurred. 
Your length of time with eBay and amount of positive feedback and number of transactions have no bearing on how returns and refunds are handled.

Wait until you find out that you earned a defect and they kept their fee's for those two disputes.

Actually you only have 38 seller feedbacks, and one of those is  a neutral for a bent card.Not trying to be snarky, just that you must accept returns,or a couple or three defects will finish your selling career here. You can check your dashboard for those defects.
