Adding tracking number to multiple items in same box

Hi - I sold 3 items to the same person and packed all 3 in the same box - I was able to add the tracking number (same) to the first 2 but it won't take the tracking number for the 3rd item - it says the tracking number was already used for a different buyer. It was not. Help!!!

Means the buyer used a different sign on id to purchase the 3rd item. Sometimes they don't 'remember' their id, or bought as guest which assigns a different name.

You will have to repackage with that 'other' item being shipped separately.

It's been said that this doesn't work anymore but if it's a USPS tracking number, try

420 + any 5-digit ZIP Code + that tracking number

without any spaces at the USPS website. Then @crazy4china if it works, try it at eBay for your 3rd item. And come back to post an update?

You have to "combine orders" in the shipping label part of ebay.

It will let you combine 2/3/4/5/6 orders all under one shipping label with one tracking number as long as the buyers username is the same.
