Adding handling fee to calculated shipping using bulk editing

I have to change all my 2000 listings to calculated due to the new shipping rates since I live in Hawaii zone 8 and would have no idea where the buyers will be located. Since handling fees cannot be added bulk I have to open each listing separately. Sad. I hate this whole idea as I personally dislike it when I buy something and have an extra step clicking on calculate shipping.

All of your USPS domestic shipments, except to other residents of Hawaii, are already to Zone 8.  How are the new rates going to affect that?

Once your listings use Calculated shipping, the buyer doesn't have to do anything.  ebay will display the shipping cost from the buyer's zip code to your zip code.

When I use bulk editing, I select Domestic or International Shipping to be edited and when I select the “calculated” box, it automatically opens up a handling fee box and that is where I add my handling fee. I’ll try to get a screen shot for you.

Interestingly enough, I tested Bulk Editing on my IPAD and the handling fee box was missing, first I had noticed this.  I sauntered over to my laptop and in Bulk Editing on my LAPTOP , the handling fee box is there.  See screenshot of my laptop.  So, if you are using an IPAD or IPHONE, you may want to go to a desktop.  Or else, this is just a weird, temporary glitch, because I've ALWAYS had a handling fee box when I switch to calculated shipping when using Bulk Edit.

Tested again on my iPad and the handling cost box is back!  Am thinking it was a momentary glitch.
