Adding best offer button to multiple listings for auction

Hi everyone...

I have tried a handful of times to add best offer to multiple listings. Once I was actually able to do so; more often though, it gives me some sort of message they do not qualify or something like that. I run auctions and had several listings I wanted to add a best offer button to, and am wondering why I cannot do so? Is this something only available if I have a store?

It looks like you have Best Offer on some of your listings, so I know you can do it. Note that if it's a listing that already has bids, you can't add it to those after that happens.
