Adding Payout Method

I'm having several issues - I have an individual sellers account that I want to change to business but there's not an 'edit' tab next to that area of my account personal info for me to initiate that edit although based on what I'm seeing online about the process there should be. I'm also trying to add a checking account for payouts - when I go to payouts on my sellers hub, it just redirects me to the 'start selling' page. When I go to payment options on my account, it appears that they are just for checkout and another for offers and auctions. My understanding is I need to link a checking account for payouts but there is not option for that anywhere that I can find. When I try to list through Vendoo or add a store subscription, I get the message that I don't have a valid payment method on file although I do. I did need to update it due to a previous card expiring but I did that last night and am still getting the same message.
