Active listings not appearing in Search

I have been having this issue for a month and have been told by "customer support" in the Philippines that they cannot figure out why my listings show as Active in my account but do not appear in search results. They even deleted the active items and relisted them from scratch but still do not appear in search. 

"Customer support" claims to have escalated this issue, however its been over a week and my listings are still not showing up. I get automated emails saying I need to comply with a new return policy but when I click the link to the affected listings  it says I do not have any listings that need to be adjusted 

I'm beyond frustrated at the lack of support and feeling desperate as this is my only source for income right now.

Does anyone else have this problem? Or do you know how to through to the right department?

I am not seeing any listings under your screen name.

I do not see anything for sale under your user name?  Is this listed under a different user name?  Make sure you have shipping setup correctly.  Sometimes the search engine will eliminate listings that do not ship to the area the buyer is located in.

Something odd is going on. You are in the USA as am I. I can see your 60 sold listings, but zero active items. Tries changing my location to a few places and still zero listings in search.

Tried to search for your "Sferra SARTO Euro Continental Sham Egyptian Cotton Indigo NEW" and it does not show up in search.

I assume you are talking about items listed under username cozyfort?
You have only GSP international shipping on items that ship internationally? (the few sold I looked at did)

Post the item number for that Sferra Sham and we'll try to look at it directly.

I went into each listing and added international shipping, changed my address because I just moved and I updated the return policy. I was getting emails about my listings not being compliaent with eBay's new return policy but when I clicked the link to correct the issues, ebay said no listings needed correction. Nevertheless, I added International Shipping and 30 day returns for both dosmetic and international orders.

I think this is happening to other sellers.  One I bought from told me he had more of what I wanted but his account shows zero listings now for over a month.  Some completeds show, but not all.

I looked at item 123376215678 late last night and the shipping locations under the item title on the listing page was showing a huge expanded list of the countries it ships to, but this morning that list has collapsed to "Ships to:
United States and many other countries | See details" as it should. Not sure what that was all about (and I reloaded it a few times). Probably just another transient glitch and not related to the problem here.

That listing still shows it will ship through the Global Shipping Program (GSP), but don't think the GSP has anything to do with the visibility issue.

I still see zero listings for you when I search for your items http://www.ebay.com/sch/cozyfort/m.html?item=123376215678 from the "See other items" link on that listing page - I tried from USA, UK, Australia, and Trinidad/Tobago.

I do see 50 sold listings for you (and 50 completed listings which isn't right - no seller has a 100% sell through rate - but probably because search isn't showing any active or unsolds in results). Honestly can't say if it is weird that your solds show up - I don't think I've checked sold or unsolds for the dozens of other sellers whose listings I've investigated who were having visibility problem - only looked at their active listing results.

In the thread below, a buyer is reporting that he can't see a UK seller's listings (and neither can I). eBay has said that they are aware of the UK issue, but it is unclear to me at this point if it affects only eBay store owners, is for UK based sellers only or also the Lithuanian and other location sellers also with issues.

You however are are a USA based seller and no store is involved. I see nothing wonky about your shipping. I'm baffled.

Trinton, is this the same issue as the UK problem? Also, affects USA based, non-store sellers? Or am I missing something obvious?

Where is that seller located? By completeds do you mean including sold items, or is it as I described for seller cozyfort above and only sold completed are showing?

Can you provide an item number or the seller username so we can also take a look?

I can't see anything either....but @cozyfort   what I see sold before is health/beauty items........tooth brushes etc......... now you are showing bedroom stuff......... are you  sure that the new stuff is shown under this id?

Yes this is the right ID, I only have one account. I started selling a lot of health and beauty this year along with my original bedding inventory. My business partner and I parted ways in August and I closed my eBay store so I could focus on my long distance move. I want to put all of my 150+ listings back up but noticed right away that the 4 items I listed showed as Active in my account but did not show up in search. I figured this was a temporary glitch but it's been over a month and still no answers or resolutions. i've read that Ebay is ignoring this problem even though countless other sellers have been communicating major glitches since July.

Do you think this is because I closed my store? I'm kind of desperate so if I'm forced to open a store again, I guess it's what I will have to do. 

When you search my item with the exact title it says 1 Search Result but is grayed out and doesn't let you see the item it found. I have nothing turned on in filters and tried sorting by best match, newest etc but it makes no difference.

You don't have these with 0 quantities do you? 

Can you try listing one of the health/beauty things to see if that shows up?

I don't think so (although I'm sure eBay would like you to believe that so you can pay them for a store) and it's not supposed to work that way.

When I search for "Sferra SARTO Euro Continental Sham Egyptian Cotton Indigo NEW" (no quotes) I get 1 result, but it for a different seller, and then about 20-30 other results for "Results matching fewer words" under that.

When I view the item by item number https://www.ebay.com/itm/123376215678 it comes up and I see nothing wrong with the listing, the shipping option, and no reason why it doesn't appear in search.

That is contrary to what eBay is saying in that other thread for the UK sellers - your items don't appear in a listing of all your items or in search by keyword (at least for this item).

There is something very wrong, and eBay needs to weigh in on this.

Try different things as dhbookds suggests and let us know here so we can look and see (if you do list something else like a health and beauty item post the item number and title here)

A thought: What countries do you have allowed in your global site settings here?

Hmmmm....................I couldn't get the item to come up, but using the link that B gave I got to the listing and tried to put it in the cart and look what showed up:

Looks like to me somehow the store is still active but on vacation and the items are hidden......
