Yup, movable would be nice, but ebay has decided that the 1st 3 can't be moved, can't be removed.

My page was updated a little while ago and now looks like this. The Actions column was large when the update first appeared. I had to adjust all of my column widths to get everything on my page to show as I want.

My column was a little wider then it has been but hasn't changed over to that yet.

Let's be clear here. eBay also finds the unmovable status of this very helpful..   You can scroll through however many listings you  see in column 1 and see PROMOTE.    I'm sure that was the topic of conversation in a boardroom somewhere filtered down to this unmovable column.

I got it today too.  The 3 little dots open up the same actions menu as before (er I think it's the same items).

ABSOLUTELY! Another horrible change to how this site works. Cannot be removed. Is of ZERO value, but is annoying, and makes the site even harder to use.

I just got the updated look a couple of days ago.  Unwanted and unneeded but, honestly, after a couple of days, to me it’s an innocuous change.  I minimized it a bit and I just ignore it.  eBay has done worse.  Kinda like when you first notice that scratch on your car door and that’s all you see - a couple of weeks later you don’t think about it at all.

Unpopular view here, but I actually like it.  Side-swiping to the columns on the right isn't that hard and I put them there because they're the least important to me anyway.  Meanwhile, I like how it shows the number of 'Interested Buyers' would receive my offer, so I don't have to click Send Offer to find that out.

I really, really hate it . It stays vertically bloated even if I minimize it horizontally, so now my rows became bloated too, and I can't see all my items on one page, I have to scroll and scroll. Junk, junk, and more junk - like basically every eBay's 'innovation' that is obviously designed to aggravate sellers' life and make them lose more and more control over their own listings. Who needs all these ridiculous 'suggestions' from unprofessional, barely literal eBay 'geniuses' who never sold or even listed a thing in their life??? Can't they be removed or refused once and for all instead of littering my items' list forever?? Who comes up with this???
