Why can’t get returns addresses correct!

Ok eBay you want us to accept returns but after many tries of updating my address where I moved from recently the new address does not get updated? Too many errors! Not good eBay! I’ve contacted support about and address is still the same OLD ADDRESS!!

This is the Seller's Forum.  It is a member to member help system.  Ebay customer service is not here.

Updating addresses can be a little confusing.  You have to update your address in a few places.

And always make sure you have a forwarding order in place at your former PO.

In addition to what @mam98031  said, Support cannot change your address, it's your account, YOU have to change your addess.   It is confusing b/c there are so many addresses to change b/c depending on your setup they may all be different.  I did the exact same thing when I moved, I changed my Shipping Address but not any of the others.  Just follow Mam's instructions & that should do it.

Let me double check but I think I changed each one! I don’t see how I could of missed one since they are all on same page!
