Accuracy of this website

Who is responsible for cleaning up this website? Things are ever changing on eBay and the accuracy of some of these posts are no longer applicable. eBay contact and support is not very good because they really don't want to talk to anybody. Finding an actual phone number that gets you where you want to go is tough. Anybody know a direct number the sellers can call? Specifically, I wanted to void a shipping label I sent to a customer because he couldn't use it due to the size of the article to be returned. About $7. Advice I saw on the eBay Community website was not helpful as apparently the seller hub page has changed overtime.Any help?

I can not see anywhere you have asked the question, in fact this is your first post here.

Start a thread with your actual question, in detail and someone here will most definitely be able to help

Go to the very bottom on any help page like this one and you will find options for contacting eBay during normal business hours.

If you "sent" the label via the resolution center on a case, the label won't be charged unless it's used by the buyer..........so no need to void it.

For future reference.........if you want to void a shipping label.......go to SH Orders and then to labels at the bottom........there you will see all the labels printed and if you click on the "action" tab to the left....that will give you the option of voiding a label........presuming you are within the time table to void it.....

This is a forum of eBay users trying to help each other.  If you find something you think is not accurate put your 2 cents in.   As for the shipping label depending on if it was generated through eBay's return system it will only be charged against your account when used.  Other labels have limited time contraints on when they can be voided.  I believe your return label still could have been used as the PO's cost adjustments for shipping labels program would have charged you for any shortage.
