Looking to get suggestions for accounting software to track and manage eBay business. My store features golf merchandise. Any suggestions? Thanks.

If this is strictly for the accounting aspects you could have a look at this product.
I have never used it but have heard mostly good things.

I can't quite put my finger on it, but I think there is an old golf saying.
"The best set of clubs won't improve your game as much as practice will".
Commit to practicing Spreadsheet software until you become expert level. Download CSV files from eBay and learn to slice and dice the data in a spreadsheet.
Plus, you can't download every report you want from eBay and other websites. Make entries on a Notepad file separated by commas and import that homemade CSV file into a spreadsheet for sorting and printing.

EBAY has free reports to track your sales and EBAY expenses. EBAY reports shows YTD totals for (orders, refunds, EBAY fees, shipping expense). Go to Payments, Reports (select Last Year).
You would also need to create 2 spreadsheets to track your "cost of goods and misc. expenses".
Gross Sales
-Refunds
-EBAY fees
-Shipping expense
-Other expense (cost of goods, shipping supplies, office supplies, mileage, etc)
