Hey ALl

I just sigh up for a buyer eBay account while my VPN was on I did not notice that after a few minutes eBay send me to email that my account is suspended paramountly, they did not even mention the reason can I reopen the account if yes then how?
1-Meanwhile, can I make another account with my real IP on the same device?
2- if I cant make another account with the same details can i make a new account with different detail with another person detail can i use the same devise or do i have to create a new account from another devise as well?

May be linked with a existing account that is not allowed to be on eBay.

And you are not to make new accounts to by pass restrictions.

So what do you recommend should I make new with another person's details using the same device/ Laptop?

Or do I have to use a new PC with another person's details?

Maybe there is a reason the account was suspended. It's been my experience on these boards, even those of us unhappy with eBay, are trying to make eBay work for us. Not sure if you are going to get advice on how to break rules.

Your best bet is to attempt to resolve your issues with eBay.

My man, I won't use any other person's identity that they won't aware I'll be using my brother info

Meanwhile, there is nothing wrong with that as i mentioned my account just suspend by misunderstanding i did not even started sales or not make a seller account my account just suspend coz my VPN was on and I did not notice i guess eBay just suspend because of this

So what's wrong with this if I used my brother info and make a new account to work?

eBay had a reason for permanently suspending your account. You do not know the details of that, because eBay does not provide the details in order to prevent people figuring out how to circumvent suspension.

Asking people to tell you how to get around the suspenseion is, to put the very best light on it, disingenuous.

I suggest you find another place to buy, since you're done on Ebay.

What you suggest may be illegal, for sure it is against eBay rules and regs.

Your account on ebay and your info you provide must be the same exactly. You cannot use your brothers info or anything concerning. You are already under Ebay's radar. Honestly, I would find another e-commerce venue to sell on. Suspensions are never lifted.

Do I remember correctly that ebay no longer verifies who you are through VPN? You have to have a cell phone with texting?

there was another case in here a week ago(?) with the same issue.

go to ebay for business on facebook, send them a message. See if they can figure it out.

You're done on ebay. Ebay doesn't allow another account when your account is suspended.
