Account suspended for INR - How to solve?

Hi all!
I'm selling on eBay for about 13 years (!).

Recently 3 customers didn't receive their product on time, and opened an INR.

In response, eBay suspended the account, without any notice.

I checked the CBT rates, and in 2 windows the INR was negative.

I checked the transactions, and actually those customers received their product. I have contacted eBay to close those INRs and they did so for 2 transactions.

Now, the account is still closed but it is rediculous to close an account that is 14 years old for 1 transaction.

Do you have an idea what should I say, or, what to do in this case?
It is super frustrating, as it's my main source of income.

Standards for sellers who are not in the US have been increased and tolerance for late and INR shipments is extremely low.

There are no justifications which are known to get your suspension lifted. The number of honest and dishonest sellers from certain countries has increases so that fulfillment issues place a risk to buyer satisfaction and the Ebay reputation.

Your eBay ID of country is Israel...I assume you live there.

And items are coming from Turkey somewhere?

If you live in Turkey and items came from Turkey then that would have worked.

And it does take eBay a few months to notice this.

I would say this is probably the reason.

Your location is Israel.  You appear to be drop shipping from Turkey. Item location misinformation carries heavy penalties.  You need to be honest as to where your merchandise is coming from.  Grant it, you have a beautiful shop, but if you are not going to be honest with your customers, eBay isn't going to tolerate it.  And as others have replied, eBay is cracking down very hard on drop shippers from your area because a BBE is more or less the kiss of death as a seller. 97% FB is good in high school, but not here on eBay.  Sorry.

Hi guys, thanks for your message.

We are the manufacturers, and we ship to customers from our warehouse. I'm from Israel, but our facility is in Turkey. So I doubt if its about drop-shipping, as we're selling very long time

The official message they sent me:
"After evaluating your transactions, your account's shipping performance does not satisfy the requirements of the Shipping Performance Policy - Item Not Received Rate.
The restriction that will be applied to your account:NO SELLING PRIVILEGE"
