Ebay just restricted my account after my buyer received the goods and left postive feedback.
i am selling Bitmain Antminer machine, I purchase from China and sell on ebay.
ebay just keeps asking me to provide proof of delivery and proof of merchandise.
different CS telling the different story and currently, eBay is holding up 20k of funds.
i have reported to ACCC small business commision already, and i hope ebay lift up my suspension as soon as possible.

tracking number should be all they need for proof of delivery, the buyers feedback should back that up also. Proof of Merchandise i haven't heard that before, not sure what they want.

eBay holds payments for 21 days for items that cost over $1000. They're allowed to do that.
Proof of delivery is Tracking showing Signature Delivery. Did you add Signature Delivery when you purchased the label?
It looks very suspicious when you list you have available 10 items that cost thousands of dollars each and when one sells you end the the listing.
eBay can ask sellers for receipts for the items they sell, or your contract with the distributor if you're dropshipping,
Did you provide the information eBay wants?

yes, my freight is DHL, definitely with signature and i did not end my listing.
i understand the transaction is large enough but i have provided everything now.
the next i will get is the supplier letter for me to sell on ebay from bitmain's distributor.

The reason ebay is saying this is because they want to verify that the merchandise is not stolen or its fraud...and bear with me here.
All you will generally need is a receipt or invoice from the drop shipper/supplier you bought it from. Now I do not know if this flies with ebay but if you do not have a receipt, then I would contact DHL for the item weight/tracking and get a letter. Just a suggestion for the weight thing. Best of luck OP

Just because the buyer left positive feedback does not mean the transaction is successful. It could have stopped functioning or some other issue came up and was reported after the feedback was left, hopefully not. Not sure what proof of merchandise is? It could be Bitmain does not want you selling their product on eBay as issues with the warranty arise.

Ask this on the Australian boards, you will get more relevant advice than herein the US
To get funds released contact the FOS in Australia and let eBay know you are doing so, this tends to light a fire under them.

thank you guys for reply! i dont know i can post this to Australian board?

Our boards are the same as here in the US, only Aussies know more about our laws and procedures etc.
Log out of eBay.com and log in to eBay.com.au then go to the bottom of the landing page and check you are on Australia then far left bottom click on Community. Good luck, they have a lot of experienced members over here.
BTW - I am AU reg'd

I'm going through a similar issue. I sold various musical instrument items, guitars, pedals, pro audio gear, and I dealt with the new account restriction, waiting 15 days before my funds would be released, then upon release day, I get hit with new account restrictions and all my listings are taken offline. Ebay is currently holding approx 5k of my money from items that were sold and delivered, and not releasing it to me. They want me to show proof of purchase for various items, some of which I've owned for years. This is so absurd and ridiculous, and I don't care if they permanently shut down my account, I don't event want to use Ebay again, but pay me my money, I have bills to pay (which is why I was selling my gear)
