Account restricted?

I just got a message that my account was restricted but don't see the reason why.  When I click the link it brings me back to the original message with no reason. Is there any chance this is a hack? I don't know how to get my account back 😞 Thanks!

Are you signed up for managed payments? Also, it appears that you have recently returned to selling after a sizeable break. Not selling for a while resets things and you would be considered a new seller again.

I do have managed payments. I’ve sold recently so don’t know how I could be considered a new seller. Oy!
