Ebay has decided to limit our account based on someone or something deciding that we had not uploaded all our tracking information on all our orders. However, I can't get ahold of anyone to find out which orders they are talking about because when I go into our account I don't see any orders that do not already have tracking information input into the order status. Does anyone have any similar issues in the last few days? Does anyone know how to get someone from eBay to send me the information I need to rectify this situation? All I keep getting is the standard replies.

One issue I see is selling high dollar items with stock photo's. Take photo's of the items yourself and post them. If you don't actually have the items and you are a drop shipper you have violated eBay policy.

Thanks for the feedback, we are a large publicly traded company and often have multiple units of the same item for sale. It is normal practice within our industry to use stock photos unless someone asks for actual photos, which we then provide. Keysight does it and they sell a lot more than we do on their site, as do other resellers in the test equipment space. We've been doing this since 2003 and have 100% positive rating with over 500 reviews. Any ideas on how to get to a live person during this time?

Stock photos are fine for new items, but not when selling used items.
The buyer wants to see what they are buying.

If you go to the Seller Level page, do you see anything that looks like under-performing? Such as, a below standard seller level, or really low numbers on your metrics?

In that case, you're doing fairly well. I usually get ignored.
