I got this restriction permanently, What should I do for that?

What were you restricted for? Are you canceling all those penny sales?

I see you were drop shipping from China...Were you selling something that was prohibited? Were customers receiving their items? Did a customer file a dispute? Did you cancel any sales? Unless you can provide some info, it's going to be hard to determine what caused your suspension.  

It's doubtful if Ebay will lift the suspension either. You can no longer be a seller on ebay.  Sorry.

A permanent restriction means you are through, there is nothing you can do to start selling again. 

Although you are allowed to dropship we warn new Sri Lankan sellers not to dropship cheap JUNK from China because that's a fast track to getting suspended.

All you can do is join the others from there that have been permanently suspended.

There is nothing you can do.

You cannot sell on eBay ever again.

Why was your account suspended?

Learn the eBay regulations and rules first. Second, when eBay contacts you regarding you doing something that will get you suspended, read it and understand it. It appears you didn't do either.
