I put 10 cdkeys for sale in ebay under video games category. And one buyer bought one key but I did not recived the payment. So I sent buyer a message and waited for payment. Then another buyer bought one key and happened same. Then that last buyer cancelled the order so I confirmed it. After few minutes I recived a email and message to ebay that my account is suspended. No reason mentioned. Why did this happend? and how do I fix it? Please help if anyone know.
Thank you!

Sure it's not fair, but look at it from an ebay and technology point of view.
So the adult son gets his account suspended.
All he has to do is list on mom or dads account to get around his suspension.
And say Dads name is Bob, and the son is bob jr.
ebay has no way to know who in the house is who.
all the bots see is 3 accounts all using the same ISP, and same physical address.

How much RAM do you have? Are you connected to the internet?

@sockmonkeydave@, unless I missed it, I didn't see a response by Trinton to your ping. Hope ping is the right word for @ someone's ID.
I have been away helping someone who is not well. I was hoping to be able to check my eBay while I was at her house but was afraid to so I decided the best thing would be to just not list or buy anything until I get home. Sad.

Well, unfortunately, Ebay is good at doing stuff like this. They just pulled 35 of my listings stating that I had a listing policy violation due to "copyright" infringement on the products I listed. When I called customer service, Rep just said owners of products I sell complained and ebay just referred me to an email link (vero@ebay.com) but without adequate instructions on how to mitigate problem. Good Luck!!!

A vero take down is serious. Don't re list the item and you are on the radar now and the bots would find the relist and it would be pulled as well, possibly with sanctions on your account.
