Account Suspened

I put 10 cdkeys for sale in ebay under video games category. And one buyer bought one key but I did not recived the payment. So I sent buyer a message and waited for payment. Then another buyer bought one key and happened same. Then that last buyer cancelled the order so I confirmed it. After few minutes I recived a email and message to ebay that my account is suspended. No reason mentioned. Why did this happend? and how do I fix it? Please help if anyone know.

You repeatedly listed the items incorrectly. Read the digital delivery policy.

My husband is new to ebay.
He made the payment by PayPal of 2 purchases on ebay

after a few minutes he received an e-mail message from ebay stating that his account was suspended and did not say why.

He has already tried to contact the ebay solution center, but so far they have not responded.

the email message was this below:

After reviewing your eBay account, we noticed a number of concerns about your recent activity. As a result, we performed the following action on your account:
- Your eBay account has been suspended.
- Item listings have been removed. A list of removed items is available below in this email.

We take this precaution to protect our members while making sure the activity does not cause harm - even unintentionally - to the eBay community.

While you are suspended, you will not be able to use eBay. Registering a new account may prevent any option from appealing from your account. If you want to appeal this action, we need to verify your account information and eBay activity directly with you.

Could someone help me with this problem?
I can not make other purchases and track my purchases that have already been made, and I can not get in touch with the seller.

What did you have listed for sale?  It seems the problem may be there?

Was there a payment issue with Paypal?

I did not put anything to sell, I am new to ebay.
I only did 2 same-day purchases.
I have already contacted paypal, and there is no problem with the payment.

Are you sure your husband did not list anything to sell?

If nothing was listed, call Ebay CS and talk to them.

certainly nothing was put up for sale by him.
he already sent several emails from the ebay solution center, but so far they have not returned.
Could you tell me the ebay CS phone? I could not find another way to contact them besides CS ebay email.

If you've ever had another account that was banned for any reason all your accounts end up banned.

Also if a banned person has ever logged in on your account it can get you banned

certainly the problem is not this because he had no other account on ebay, much less had been banned in any other site.
with respect to someone banned using the account, I have no idea that this could happen, only if someone invaded his ebay account, but if that is the case ebay should answer the reason.

I'm assuming they didn't actually provide a list?

As far as I know, those emails sent out are automated and if you reply to them, there is no one there to answer. You have to phone ebay but we in order to get a phone number you have to click on help and contact on the bottom of the page and follow the prompts.  You should get to a place that gives you a phone number or you may find a contact us link on the very bottom of the page once you have typed in your question.  If you don't have any results, come back and someone can try to page an ebay rep here. They won't be around on the weekend though.

actually in their email it says it has a list of removed items, but does not appear in a list of the type in the email.
we have already tried to find a contact phone on ebay as you have mentioned it, but the contact in the help just sending a message and no phone appears.
I am reporting this fact here in the hope that some representative of ebay can help me, after all nothing was done to have the account suspended

What they are talking is linked accounts.

Say I bring my laptop to your house, and use your internet.

We are now tied to the same ISP

If your account gets suspended, I would too.

I no longer use McDonalds free wifi for this reason.
