I put 10 cdkeys for sale in ebay under video games category. And one buyer bought one key but I did not recived the payment. So I sent buyer a message and waited for payment. Then another buyer bought one key and happened same. Then that last buyer cancelled the order so I confirmed it. After few minutes I recived a email and message to ebay that my account is suspended. No reason mentioned. Why did this happend? and how do I fix it? Please help if anyone know.

I can not send msg to it on ebay.

I think the problem is not for this reason as I do not use wifi outside the house and neither does anyone else use my wifi.

I don't have wifi at my house~~I'm wired in so I don't have any idea how it works or the range. Not long ago I saw a post on my daughters facebook of a fancy expensive restaurant saying "Jackie was here". I sent her a message asking her who took her to lunch and spent all that money? She remembered being there~~sitting on a bench on the street playing on her tablet. She figures she somehow connected to their wifi and that was how it happened.

There is also the possibility the husband used a computer at work to connect to ebay and a fellow worker was suspended from ebay and they linked the 2 together. Or maybe someone in the household used a computer at the library, at school or a friends wifi or computer that linked?? I never use a shared computer, anyone elses computer or let anyone else use mine.

The problem is that if the husband has been suspended everyone else in the household will be suspended too.

My ebay account and my husband's account are from brazil, why does this change anything?

You just stated you and your husband's account is from Brazil.

You need to call Ebay and sort this out. Something is very wrong here.

I go on vacation and use the Wifi provided at that location. I always check my ebay while I am away to check for messages etc. Is there any way one could be linked to a 'bad ebayer' and end up getting suspended? If so, that is very scary.

Yes it could happen, but I am not sure how often it does happen.

You are in Brazil with registration as a USA member. That means anything you purchase from a USA seller is sent to a freight forwarder and then forwarded on to you. That isn't against ebay policy but you need to realize that once that item reaches the forwarder the sellers obligation to you ends. If you have a problem with damage or not as described or INR you have to go back on the forwarder. You can not file a claim against the seller.

Items have a problem going to Brazil from what I have read on the boards. If you have filed too many claims of INR, etc. against sellers you can get your accounts suspended or lose your buyer protection. Have you filed claims against sellers for INR or damage or not as described? If so that could be the reason for the suspended account.

was the first purchase made on ebay, had not done another before to have made some complaint from a seller.

in my address on the ebay profile for me appears with Brazil and my shipping address is also correct.
I do not understand why you're appearing as a member of the US
