I put 10 cdkeys for sale in ebay under video games category. And one buyer bought one key but I did not recived the payment. So I sent buyer a message and waited for payment. Then another buyer bought one key and happened same. Then that last buyer cancelled the order so I confirmed it. After few minutes I recived a email and message to ebay that my account is suspended. No reason mentioned. Why did this happend? and how do I fix it? Please help if anyone know.
Thank you!

Gracies posting account is a brand new account dated 3/25/18. This account is registered in the US but maybe their active accounts are registered in Brazil?

Your registration says you're in the United States
So if you and your husband had actually lied about your registration and said you were us-based but you're in Brazil that would total explain why you have been banned.

To be registered in the US from another country you have to have a US mailing address and US contact info~~phone number of the freight forwarder, etc.. If the husband was registered in the US and was suspended after making 2 purchases he must have had US contact info and mailing address. Why would the husband purchase 2 items if their US contact info was incorrect or fake? Maybe the suspension resulted from problems with his US forwarder?

Actually, the suspension could have resulted from any number of things~~maybe personal info being/or attempted to be exchanged through messages, maybe purchasing items that are banned from import into his country? I know a lot of outside US buyers buy because so many items are not available to them in their own country. Many of these items are banned from even being allowed in their country.

Good point, Kat.

I had to go back and re~think this one. Gracie says both her & her husbands accounts are "from" Brazil. Does that mean registered in Brazil? Or does it mean they are from Brazil registered with USA accounts?
If they are registered in Brazil, how did Gracie just register this new account in the USA on Sunday? To register she would have to supply USA contact info and have a USA shipping address.

Sorry but I don't think there is a simple answer here because there is too much we don't know. With all due respect, not brushing anyone off here, but I think OP needs to contact Ebay or re read the messages received from them to determine exactly what the issue is here. We are just taking a stab at what it could be, sadly.

You don't have to supply that info unless you intend to use an account for buying or selling. You can bypass adding those details if it's a posting ID.
Gracie may have trouble calling CS if she is located in Brazil but she can go to FaceBook or Twitter and contact eBay CS that way.

My husband is new to ebay.
He made the payment by PayPal of 2 purchases on ebayafter a few minutes he received an e-mail message from ebay stating that his account was suspended and did not say why.
He has already tried to contact the ebay solution center, but so far they have not responded.
the email message was this below:
After reviewing your eBay account, we noticed a number of concerns about your recent activity. As a result, we performed the following action on your account:
- Your eBay account has been suspended.
- Item listings have been removed. A list of removed items is available below in this email. We take this precaution to protect our members while making sure the activity does not cause harm - even unintentionally - to the eBay community.
While you are suspended, you will not be able to use eBay. Registering a new account may prevent any option from appealing from your account. If you want to appeal this action, we need to verify your account information and eBay activity directly with you.
Any outstanding fees due for the sales activity will be posted to your account as due. Any amounts you have not previously disputed will be billed to the billing method that is currently filed.
If you have questions about this message, click Help at the top of most eBay pages.
Thank you for your understanding.Thank you,
eBay
Could someone help me with this problem?
I can not make other purchases and track my purchases that have already been made, and I can not get in touch with the seller.
Hi @gracieldas-0 & @vdeshan, you will need to contact Customer Service to discuss the actions taken on your account. I'm not able to discuss these here publicly, but the emails you received will outline any potential appeal options and if you feel these suspensions were made in error, our Customer Service teams will be happy to review for you!

certainly the problem is not this because he had no other account on ebay, much less had been banned in any other site.
with respect to someone banned using the account, I have no idea that this could happen, only if someone invaded his ebay account, but if that is the case ebay should answer the reason. What they are talking is linked accounts.
Say I bring my laptop to your house, and use your internet.
We are now tied to the same ISP
If your account gets suspended, I would too.
I no longer use McDonalds free wifi for this reason.
I wish someone (eBay) would come here to say whether this info is correct or not. I find it very troublesome.
Starbucks offers free wifi.
The hospitals offer free wifi.
The VA even has an actual computer that they allow patients to use and I used it once.
When my computer was going to be down for (unexpected) repairs, I had no choice but to use someone else's computer to check my eBay and my emails.
When my mom was in the hospital being treated for cancer she needed someone to check her eBay and made sure she was covered that way in the event she couldn't get home soon enough to check it on her own computer. eBay would hold that against her?
How is anyone to ever know this is something that can hurt a person's eBay account?
There's a tab on the sign-in screen that says to check { V } here if signing in on a public computer/device.
Why would eBay have that if a person can possibly lose their account by signing in that way?

It falls under the policy of creating a new account to get around an ebay suspension.
There was a case here where Mom Dad and Son all had accounts.
The son got his account suspended, so they shut down mom and dads also.
They were also using the same internet ISP,.
There have been many reports of this happening.
In theory this could happen with a WIFI hot spot.
Say someone uses the Starbucks spot, and they get suspended.
Then you go in and use it, because it is the same ISP, you could get linked to the other seller.
( not sure how often this happens, but it is a posibility )
This is all done by bots.
We see post where a person claims they got suspended for no reason.
( 99% of the time, we find out they caused it themselves )
But there have been some that looked like the seller had not done anything wrong.

I think that is very unfair. Especially if said son is an adult. I can understand if mom and pop allowed their minor son to use their computer and son created an eBay account and did something wrong. Then mom and pop are responsible for what their minor child did. But we're adults here. Not everyone is always well enough to be able to keep an eye on their own account. Especially if someone becomes ill. Fortunately, some family/friends have people who can lend a helping hand when/if necessary in times of need and that should have no bearing on their past (bad) experiences with eBay, IMO.
