Account Restriction

Hey guys. So eBay recently restricted my account. I’m not sure why that happened, however, they sent me an email detailing what I had to do to get my account reinstated. They said that I had to provide proof of delivery for all my items sold on eBay, but I’m not exactly sure what they mean by that. Do I have to send them email with all the tracking numbers for my orders? All my orders have tracking numbers and most of them have been delivered so I’m not sure why they would request that information from me. I’m asking here because eBay hasn’t responded to my emails.

On ebay, the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing despite being on the same body.  You would think that once you use Ebay shipping, ebay has the tracking numbers. Wouldn't it be great if Ebay just looked under the specific sellers SALES and see all of the tracking #s that are there and show delivered. No, that is too easy for them to do that.

 

I also wish that it would make it impossible for a buyer to open an item NOT received claim when the tracking shows delivered.  It should automatically close out w/o annoying the seller.  But I know, in those few cases where the seller used a fake tracking # or the item arrived to a wrong address, the buyer can click an appeal button and then the case would open.

You should start your own thread rather than hijacking another. 

 

But without intending to be pessimistic, with the previous problems with your account and feedback, I don't believe your restriction will be lifted.

No one here can help you.  You have lots of replies on the previous thread you posted explaining why your account was permanently restricted.  This person that started this thread was also restricted and no longer sells.  You may want to contact customer service in your country to see what they can advise.
