Blasting this on social and to CEO if not resoved immediately Account Restriction and Unresolved Payment Hold - Case #1-474948679611 I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the ongoing hold on my account funds and the lack of resolution I have received despite numerous attempts to contact your customer service department. As a loyal eBay customer for 21 years, I am deeply frustrated with the repeated requests for the same documentation (Fitbit receipt and Rayban purchase receipt) and the lack of meaningful progress in resolving this issue. I have already provided these receipts multiple times (10 times for the Fitbit and 8 times for the Raybans) and spent countless hours on the phone and chat with no resolution. The repeated escalations (over 11 times) and broken promises are unacceptable. I was assured by multiple agents that a manager would contact me and that the funds would be released by last Friday. These assurances remain unfulfilled, causing extreme inconvenience and frustration. Therefore, I demand immediate release of my held funds and the lifting of the account restrictions. I have provided all necessary documentation and have been patient for an unreasonable amount of time. Furthermore, due to this unsatisfactory experience and the lack of customer support, I have decided to close my eBay account. Please confirm receipt of this complaint and process the immediate release of my funds. I look forward to a prompt resolution to this matter.

Hi - You are not addressing eBay, inc. here or the CEO of eBay. This is community discussion forum for buyers and sellers. It's doubtful the CEO will even see this post. I don't see any selling activity on this ID. Do you have another account that you sell on?
Sellers who sell high dollar expensive items in multiples will be called into question every time. The red flags are flying as eBay is saturated with so much stolen merchandise in massive amounts. NOT saying this is your situation, but the law is leaning on eBay and other sites to start cleaning it up. First off by removing sellers who's selling behavior is questionable and appear to be a risk to the community.

These agents are US CS eBay employees and may better serve you and your situation. Many positive posts with their ability to be helpful. In the past they were helpful concerning my issue at hand. Give it a try...it might be worth it.

To those above that say ebay is not here.... they do monitor this forum. I have been told so several times buy dept heads when they called me to help with a problem that i posted hereabout. Normal customer support avenues rarely help with resolution. You need to use all means necessary to get issues fixed. Someone who has been using this platform for 21 years should not be treated this way. It is only going to get worse as they have laid off many agents and are replacing with AI customer service as the CEO bragged about in a recent earnings call with shareholders.

I expect you are on the thirty day hold for new, or infrequent sellers. Since Ebay has a thirty day MBG, they prefer that any refunds come out of your pocket, not theirs.
