Account Restricted with 99% positive feedback

A few months ago I was locked out of my account that I've had for 17 years after ebay decided to change their rules around passwords and email verification. I tried for months to get through to their shell of a customer service department and explain the situation, or at least get them to put a stop to the items being sold. Every person I actually did talk to said the same thing. The complaint resolution process will work itself out and the customers will get their money back. I finally had to file a public complaint against the company with the bbb in order to get them to pay attention. A service rep then responded, and reset my password after two months. It turns out that only a few customers didn't get their items. Everyone was refunded their money immediately. I still have a 99% seller rating and have been operating without issue for 90 days. This week my account was restricted permanantly without warning and all of my sales ended. I had lengthy conversations with multiple customer service reps regarding this. I have transcripts. They initially said it was due to the undelivered items, but when I explained the situation and gave them the details, they looked into it further. I have been suspended permanantly for reasons that they are not allowed to tell me.  They are not comfortable with my selling practices or business model and it does not promote a positive environment. I have a 99% positive rating over 17 years and followed every instruction that ebay gave me over the last year.  My favorite quote is this.  "I am afraid we cannot be more specific of the exact reasons for this restriction and I hope you understand that we are limited to the amount of information that we can give members when their accounts are restricted. By revealing further information we could help member’s intent on circumventing our policies to avoid detection." I am fairly certain that I was banned in retribution for filing a complaint against the company. It's obvious, and I understand it on their part. It was my only course of action in regaining control of my account. It still is not something a reputable company would do.
